Zero Effort Crock Pot Italian Chicken Sausage with Pasta Sauce

In a crock pot on high, place the Italian chicken sausage, pasta sauce, diced onion, chopped bell peppers, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir all ingredients together, excluding the shredded mozzarella. Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Once cooked, add in the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until it is melted and fully incorporated. Optionally, chop the sausages and add to pasta if desired for serving.
