Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Place the sliced or shredded steak meat, chopped red bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper, chopped yellow onion, one can of French onion soup, one packet of au jus, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 tsp of soy sauce into a crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Once the meat is cooked, toast the hoagie rolls with butter and provolone cheese, then spoon the meat mixture on top. Enjoy!
