Crispy Ranch Oven Baked Chicken

Pat the chicken dry. Add the chicken into a ziplock baggie with 2 eggs OR 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Add in shredded Parmesan and ranch dip/seasoning mix until the chicken is fully coated. Put the coated chicken into an oven-safe dish and bake uncovered at 425°F (218°C) for 35 minutes. When the chicken is almost done, start the cream sauce: combine heavy cream, melted butter, more ranch, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Cook on low heat over the stove until the sauce thickens. Pour the finished cream sauce over the chicken and serve with veggies and rice. Enjoy!
