Childhood Beef Stroganoff

Sear beef in olive oil about 3 minutes per side, drain grease, remove from pan and set aside. Melt butter in same pan, adding in onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 7 minutes and then add in slivers of cream cheese until it fully melts. Add in beef broth and Dan O seasoning, let simmer for 3-5 minutes. While that is simmering, boil your noodles. Slowly add in sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire, let simmer 5 minutes and add meat back in and noodles when they are done. If sauce gets too thick, add in more beef broth. Top with green onions and enjoy!
